I got him at ********, so I don't know how old he is or anything.

I've had him almost two weeks. This is my first.

He's eating very well. Healthy and happy.

Well get ready, I'm going to confuse you :)

Haha, kidding, I'll try my best not to...currently he is a Tangerine. If with age, he loses ALL of his body spots (tail is not included) he would be called a Super Hypo Tangerine. If he develops a Carrot Tail, he would be called a SHTCT (Super Hypo Tangerine Carrot Tail). It's all a fun waiting game, seeing what they look like with each new shed :)

Congrats on your new little baby!

Thanks!

I didn't realize he/she was that young. It's a smart little thing.

is it on sand? it's not recommended that you have them on sand until adults (if at all).

i don't know much about pricing for morphs but $30 seems around average. i got mine for free :) .

That's paper towels he's on. It's looks like sand in the photo. It's quilted.

I got mine for $80 CAN. @.@ I paid too much, I think. Next time, however, I'm going to buy from a breeder.
And he's a cutey! Love those spots!

Why do I find geckos for over $200.00?? Just wondering. :D
some of the rarer morphs can be really expensive. other times it's just a retailer's mark up. a lot of pet stores have big mark ups, the small independent pet store where i used to live sells normal baby leos for $50-70 (bigger ones cost more).

I got him for $30.00. Did I get a bargain?

I got mine for $30 as well from my work which i think it is the same place you got yours from. Sometimes my retail chain pet store will get non normals its a lucky catch if you can get one.

Usually retail pet stores have flat prices for adults and juvies that run around $30. And they sometimes get cool morphs, but the price stays the same.

That is the only time where I'm thankful that pet stores don't know what they're doing. Lol...

I can tell you that at my particular pets mart we all know what were doing. The thing is individual stores cant mandate prices, we have to follow corporate. Imagine how hard it would be to manage thousands of pets marts with each on setting there own price!

He just shed tonight. Not much difference that I can see. I'll have to take a picture and compare tomorrow.
