I am just curious, I know most people wait till 2 weeks to candle. But is there a point in time that you should not candle? Like if an egg is over 5 weeks? Never really needed to but just wondering.

I'd just leave the eggs alone much as possible. But to answer your question, I'm sure you can candle them anytime you want.

You should only candle once at the most twice.I dont even pick the eggs up .I just shine the light on the edge of the egg still in the vermiculite.
