Stoopid leetle hachlings. i brought my new baby home, put her in with a pair of other little leo's, all under a month old. Checked up on them this morning, everything is fine, two hours later, I give them more water and my poor baby's missing half its tail :(

Grr mutter mutter. If a wooden spoon would work on baby gecko's, somone would be getting a spankin.

Did you ever think of quarantine??? You run a big risk when introducing new geckos to a colony without the recommended quarantine period... Disease can spread and kill your pets...

It is always best to keep your leos in separate housing units unless you are breeding them... This reduces stress, promotes better growth and overall healthier geckos in most cases...

So did you separate them?
I know it's a bit like closing the barn door after the horse gets out
but it is still a real good idea

Good point, I missed that it was a baby from someone else, thought it was one that he hatched
