Certain morph genetic questions

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if you guys can help me out. I have a good understanding about the basic recessive, co-dominant, and dominant genetics. I am also starting to read up on polygenic traits. However there were a couple morphs I am a little confused on their genetics. If anyone can help out I would appreciate any information that can be provided.

In terms of certain tangerine morphs, can someone explain the genetic makeup/the different between many of the many tangerine morphs? What are the differences between blood hypos, Electric Tangerines, Tangerine Tornadoes, Emerines, and Super Hypos. Is there a difference genetically? Or are they all just different forms of line bred tangerines?

To clarify further: people breed nice looking tangerines together and ultimately get some offspring that they think looks somewhat different from what everyone else is producing. Ideally, they keep refining their breeding and eventually get something that's reproducible. They may then choose to give their "line" a name and those who buy from them and continue to reproduce may use the same name for the nice tangerines they produce.

There are many lines of tangerine geckos out there. They are all compatible, but then you no longer have pure lines and then have crosses. Check out the pinned post above with the link to geckoboa's genetic page. It lists all the known lines of tangerine. Some people now try to name things quickly without realizing that line should be defined for many years and have a distinct look. John's page is helpful because he doesn't add anything like that and chooses to list established lines.
