Changing Eye Color

In February I purchased and Bel Albino hatchling and it had red eyes. I was cleaning the tank and checking her over and discovered that her eyes appear to have changed to the normal gecko eye color. Is this possible or was I just looking at her eyes at a different angle?

It's normal for Albinos to hatch with really red eyes then they turn darker as they get older. They also start out more sensitive to light and that sensitivity usually lessens as they grow.

Thanks for your reply. Is it possible that the eyes are still red but so dark that they look like a different color?

Sure, we have plenty of Albinos that have very non-Albino looking eyes as adults. Bells especially tend to get that dark burgundy color to them.
