Everyone check out this 30 second video teaser, this is going to be a 5 minute weekly podcast showing the daily life of a professional reptile breeder, in this case Brian Barczyk of BHB Reptiles. This podcast will hopefully get the backing of the "big-wigs" in television, to then become a "reality" television show. It is looking pretty promising, I know he has put alot of money into seeing it through. We all need to get behind this, not just snake breeders, but reptile breeders in general because this can do a great deal to expand and protect our market against future legislation to prevent hobbiest and breeders alike from keeping the animals we love so much. Check it out!!! I know it isn't directly related to Leopard geckos but with some of the legislation that is getting past without some of our knowledge, it could soon relate to all of us, not just the ones that breed pythons and boas.

It is going to be a weekly showing, not sure when the first one is, but if you check it out on myspace, he has a page on there and it is updated pretty often and he has a podcast on there with him talking about everything new and he should saying when the first one will be anyday. Search for Brian (BHB) on myspace, or snakebytes tv.

It is looking good, I talk to him pretty often now, and Discovery Network has been out and shot a couple of pilot episodes already, they are just watching the youtube ratings to see if the demand there, and right now it looks really good, each week these teasers get more and more views, so we want to keep that up. I think this show when it makes it to tv will cause our hobby to explode, more than it already has, and that is good for everyone. The more awareness there is, I think the less opportunity the government (local and national) has to pass laws to cut back on what we can have or do. Just a thought.
