So I cleaned 2 of my cages tonight.. my 2 10 gallons, and they were so littered with stuff in them that poor Bella who lives in one, and Akron in the other one had absolutly so place to roam around...

Since it's my spring break... I started building somethings to go in them, they have been aired out, 4 layers of grout and sealed..

Here is one of them.. it looks wet but it's not. I had just wiped it down.

Here's it in Bella's cage.. still not enough room.. but a cool hide, a warm and a moist hide..

Here's the other one from behind.. yes it got chipped with me bringing it upstairs.. I'm still angry about it.. and being frusterated it's just going to have to work.. plus some of it chipped off before i sealed it..

Here is it in the tank before i put more hides in it.. still not enough room..

Hope you guys like it..
and I will probably end up upgrading soon.. I can't stand the 10.. there is NO room ..

Thank you!
My bugs was quite funny... because she had to travel all the way up there.. and usually doesn't look in.. she just sleeps up there..

I was trying to definatly put some more floor space in though.. although I never feel like there is enough! :(

wow! How did you make those? I would really like to make something like that for my leo's tank. Could you please send or pm me directions on how you did that and what supplies were used? Thanks a bunch! That is a great way to make the most of your space!

I have three of these in the making right now, my grout is gray and it looks yucky when dry.. so I have to get paint and paint sealer (although I already bought grout sealer..grrr) I will post pics asap.. sometime next week :main_yes:

I am starting a second level project soon. Both in Ares' tank and in my home made vivarium. XD Once the shelving unit is all done of course. XDDD

One thing you could do to make even more floor space would be to use something smaller to put the gecko's water in, such as a Gatorade cap or any other wide bottle/jar lid. you could maybe do some sort of grouting around the outsdie of the bottle lid to make iot more rock like. Judging by the looks of your new cage furniture you def. have the abilty to! Looks great BTW
