Cocoa fiber question. Should I make it slightly moiste or keep it dry?

For what the humid hide substrate? If that's what you mean then I would keep it moist.

ya i use that for a humid/lay box to. I just get it damp with warm water when needed

Try to always keep it moist because when it gets dry, it gets really weird and sometimes there are big pieces of the stuff that would be very bad if the leos ingested it.
