cold AM in FL!!!!!!

:geeze its cold/windy out. i just took the trash out and my gosh its a cold one out!!!!!! i moved to FL to get away from the cold.......but i think its following me lol

I live in Pelham, NH and work in Chelmsford, MA, and it got to about 20 degrees here last night, maybe lower, it was 22 at 7:00 AM

its alot colder where you guys are from.....its was merely chilly here last night to you all......but after being down here for three years, 50 degrees feels like 20 lol.....im getting to become a sissy, hahaha!

Hey Jeanne, Are you sure its not trying to snow there....? My hubby says he was seeing some big flakes in Mass. And thought it would stick! I think we might get some flurries Thurs. I need to get my heaters cleaned out so I can turn them on before the big snows hit. ( sorry I didn't mean to say the s word) Oh and Robby, I am from California myself, born and raised, the only snow I saw for the first 23 years of my life was in the foothills around our area and when I went up to Big Bear. I have been in VA for 11 years and I arrived in 96 during a blizzard! What a shock that was! Deb

oh man, i feel for ya! lol. three years ago, this would have been shorts and t-shirt and flip-flop weather for me (i lived in PA my whole life, and moved to FL three years ago)......now its just outright bone chilling to me.....

It's around 13 degrees here tonight and lightly snowing
I hate winter but then i hate the hot humid weather too
let's face it- i am not happy unless it is a sunny day about 74 degrees with low humidity
Not too likely to happen too often here in Illinois

I am thinking that Arizona or New Mexico might be an option in a few years
but man moving all of these animals would just be a nightmare so i guess that i am stuck here and I basically hibernate all winter until I get cabin fever and have to get out of the house
I only stick my nose outdoors when I absolutely have to in the very cold months as the cold damp weather makes me hurt really badl
It is hell to get old

Thanks so much for listening to me complain-it's been a bad pain day and I have had lots to do with cleaning feeding all of the animal but i won't give them up as they are my life and give me a reason to get out of bed each day

Sandy, Why don't you move to New Mexico with me? I am moving there as soon as I sell my moms house. I already have 60 acres 40 in one place and 20 a few lots away and I will sell it to anyone interested in making the move and its cheap to, 20 acres for $13,0000, Not bad ah? And just think what you can do with 20 acres? we are surrounded by two mountain ranges and a nice small town two or so miles away. Its Rodeo New Mexico 2 miles from the AZ line and 50 miles for Mexico. I want some Gecko breeders to live close so we can work together. Hope to see you there someday!!! DEB :main_thumbsup:

lol, i seen that for 18 years, and it never used to even bother me one bit, lol. now it gets below sixty and i feel a ton colder than what i ever did when i used to live in that stuff. its weird....lol
