The taxes are cheap, Everything is less expensive there. Like I said its all land with ranches and a small town, The biggest town is 50 miles away but There is alot of smaller closer towns with places like Walmart and good markets which most everyone knows. This place is good for herping because the Chiricauhua Mountains and the Peloncillo Mountain border the land. Hardly any snow each winter, maybe a few inches, It can get hot but its a dry heat and its in the high desert so not as hot as most desert ranges. Like 95 most of the summer and an occassional 105. And this is a very popular place for bird watchers and photographers. Well if we talk anymore about this I will need to start a new post in OT. Deb
