Competition for food

I'll be housing 4 or 5 female geckos(in a 55 gallon tank) together. Do some geckos tend to hog the food or can I just put 40-50 mealworms a day in the tank? Or will I need to hand feed them all separately?

If you want to avoid ANY possible problems feed seperately. Get a 15gal tub and do your feeding in that. I don't care how well Leo's get along when food is a factor its every leo for themselves!! Even a excited Leo Tail Wiggle could look like a mealie and get biten!!!

Multiple feeding dishes usually solves this.

I have 4 feeding dishes in my tank (90 gallon) with my 5 females. They usually only use 2 of the dishes on a regular basis, I always keep all of the dishes full.
