How does one go about publicly putting a complaint in about a breeder?

IMO this is probably a touchy area.
Not saying to back off of it, but maybe first
contact the breeder to try to settle it.
If a not to be settled issue, and you have a supporting
claim.....choose your words wisely
and leave negative iTrader feedback.
I would think most reputable persons
would want to make an attempt.
