Confirmation on rainwater hybino?

Hey everyone, this is my first post here. I was at repticon today and bought my first leopard gecko, hurray! She was sold as a rainwater hybino and I wanted to get confirmation on that. I've worked with leopard geckos at a zoo and am pretty confident in their care, but I'm still fairly clueless when it comes to morphs.

My understanding of hypos and hybinos is that they may be born with bands and stripes, but they'll disappear by adulthood. Is that true or am I off?

If it matters, she's just under 5 inches long. Also, I say she because the tag she came with said she was "inc female." I assume that means incubated female? And is she positively a female or is there a chance she's a male?

Sorry about the picture quality, I only have my phone camera.

she sure is a hypo, i can not tell if she is albino or not although it leans towards it because of the tail. incubated female means it was incubated as a female but not guaranteed a female. at five inches long though sex should be able to be determined.
