Constant Shedding

I have a male gecko that has had some recent shedding problems, with the old skin drying around his eyes and toes. I’ve stepped up the humidity in the moist hide, and have assisted him with getting the hardened shed off.

The problem I’m having now is that he is shedding literally every 2-4 days. How could this be explained?

you know i think there was a thread that marcia chimed in on that geckos have some sort of gland or organ or something that regulates that. (shedding) let me dig and see if i can find it.

lol could be i have hypothyriodism and shed every 2 - 3 days as well..

One of mine has shed once a week, for the past 3 weeks. But every 2-4 days? I thought mine was shedding a lot!

if you read the quote u might understand it was a joke. he said it could be the thyroid thats causing him to shed. and i have a thyroid diease and was joking..
