Could I use tile?

Could I use some tile instead of substrate? It would be way easier to clean and looks more natural than reptile carpet.

Many people use ceramic tile. Just make sure to get the kind that has a bit of texture rather than the smooth bathroom-type tile so the gecko can get traction.
