My little leo girl that i saved from ***** has not eaten since last friday. this morning when i woke up i said goodmorning as usual and noticed she was turnning white (shedding soon). do you think she hasnt eaten because she is about to shed? I dont know if this is normal but the leos i have had before have always eaten before a shed...in fact some even during ( they obviously need a snack) what do you think?

Same here.
And they dont always eat the shed skin.

I have a few of mine that have started to slow down on eating. But I also have some that dont quit eating during shedding either.

It really does depend on the gecko. In my experience, even my porkers will slow down their eating habits leading up to a shed Just keep an eye on her...I know how sick geckos from that chain can be. I recently rescued one myself (in a state of weakness). When I brought him home he chowed down on a bunch of food, like he hadn't eaten for weeks, then didn't eat for about 3 days (scared me). Then he shed, and is back to eating like a little hog :main_yes:
