Could this behaviour mean she is a he?

I got a new baby patternless from my local exotic pet store on Friday. The previous Saturday i had talked to the owned that breeds the Leo's and he said the hatchlings this year had been incubated for female.

The baby is still very small and only a month or so old so still too early to really tell the sex.

But yesterday i saw her turn her head and lick her back end for a few seconds, kinda like how i have seen males lick themselves after mating.

She has been eating and pooping fine and i havent seen any stuck shed on her.

Could she possibly be a male or do females sometimes lick themselves too?

Thanks for the reply :)

Im hoping both my babies end up being female so they can be housed together :) They seem to be getting on really well and i kinda feel bad about housing them on their own :(

Whatever s/he turns out to be s/he is a little star :D Really sweet and chilled out little gecko :) The BF picked a good one :D

My little female has done that a couple times, once after pooping x_x But I know she's a female, found two infertile eggs in her tank.

My Female SHTCT licks her self often especially after pooping I think its just kind of a grooming behavior that all leos share.
