Yeah, the water I've been giving my leo has ... cholorine in it... crap, it is bottled water, but the jerks basically just threw tap water in it. I cant do anything, seeing as I needed to mostien it's hide because I just seen a new shed this morning, what do I do? I don't want it to loose it's toes, but i don't want to keep the water in there.

Tap water isnt going to hurt anything, I wouldnt worry about it .

I've been using tap for 3 years without problems. If your water is well water, you might want to avoid it.

I would use tap water, but our water here in lovely Dekalb, Illinois has "exceeded the allowable quantity of radium". I don't even use it myself.

Yea....good point there. If you won't drink it, don't give it to your pets either! The water in Orland is OK as far as I know.

I buy declorinator and just add a drop or two to their water, but decloriator is easily available here because we have 3 fish tanks as well.

We use spring water just because we have the cooler and we get it dirt cheap.

We don't drink our tap water very often and I wouldn't give them anything I wouldn't drink.

In humid hides we used tap water or day old water that was filtered before, its perfectly ok. Its just cause in our normal gecko water we put stuff to keep them healthy in it so we put water cleanser in it.
