Creating my own Radars

Theoretically couldn't we create our own Radars? I know several breeders had in the past created their own Raptors from striped reverse stripe pairings making patternless striped animals and then on. why not radars? I do know the bell gene does work a little differently,for instance reverse stripes aren't common in bells.

You would need an Eclipse Het For Nothing and a Bell... Then boom Double Hets

I know that Nigel that's the essay way what about with out buying an eclipse het for nothing. With some PS created with S and RS. already got my Double Het.
