I just got a crestie at a pet store supplied by pangea and i was wondering if Ladon is a he or a she. They tell me he/she is a pinstripe.

Ladon looks like a partial pinner.

To sex the gecko you would have to send us underneath shots, but at that age you usually cannot 100% sex. Males will have spore spots on their underside and females will not. Also males will have very obvious hemipenes bulges and females will be flat. Usually sex is not guaranteed until about 19-20 grams.

Definitely too young to sex properly. Crested geckos need to be between 10-15 grams before it's semi-accurate to sex. Just wait it out for now.

Some females have larger pores, so sometimes it can be hard. My first cresteds are both females, and for a while I swore they were going to be male. Some younger females can even be a little builgy, but when males are fully dropped, there's a huge difference between males and females.

yeah your gecko looks about 3-4g. Males can start showing pores around 5g but take up to 15g to show pores, this is why you dont see breeders selling females at 10g, but sold as possible females.

You do have a cute partial pinner, I personally would call it a harley partial pinner. Right now it just looks like s standard harley as the markings are far to yellow to be considered a blonde, but with age it could get more creamy, or become more orange in color.
