Crestie hides?

Just wondering what everyone uses for hides for their cresties in a natural set-up. I imagine in a tub-type setting something similar to what I use for my Leos would work, but I am trying to set up a natural set up. I have read that they prefer a hide off the ground and higher up, but not sure what to use and how to secure it??

Thanks!

All of my cresties prefer to hide in the leaves of the plants. I have fake rock structures in my set ups & sometimes see them curled up in the nooks.

Super magnets would allow you to attach most anything to the side of the tank.

Thanks, Jeanine! That's a really good idea! I have ordered the dishes that attach with the super magnets. I never thought to use them for other things!:idea2:

I have a hide for my crestie which is one of my half cylinder shaped ceramic hides. It's on the bottom of a planted viv and he spends a fair amount of time in it. He also likes to wrap himself in the leaves or bury himself in the moss.

I just make the corners of the tank very leafy, they like going into them and sleeping all day. I have never used anything else but im sure theyd like anything they can crawl into.
