I sure hope to have eggs soon...should be some nice looking babies i hope from these geckos. even though the male had his hemipenis stuck out for 30 minutes afterwards i soaked him in water the entire time and finally he got it back in. I hope hes still fertile now I have never had a gecko do that before. It scared me alot I thought I would need to go to a vet. This is my first crestie breeding session.

Good luck with the eggs, that female looks familiar.

Whatever you do, DONT take him to a vet for his hemipenes. They will more than likely cut them off. 30 minutes is nothing for a male crested to have them out, they can have them out for a lot longer than that and will go back in on their own. Handling them only makes them stay out longer.

yeah thats the female i got from you...yeah i didnt mess with him just put him in some water because i remember reading somewhere that it helps get it in because it makes it moist or something. at least its back in and everything is good...he bred with her for about 30 minutes too. i thought that was a while i am used to the leos taking 5 minutes or less and they are done. any ways i hope for eggs

she didn't want to be with lester the molester but she finally accepted him...they were making all sorts of noises and mostly it was him that was making them lol. he sounded like a duck it was funny. interesting mating process i must say lol

yeah i used sugar water on a q tip once i figured out that was needed to get his winkie inside other than just water lol. it helped get the last bit of it inside lol.
