Cricket Housing pics.

OK we are needing to start housing lots of crickets, can anyone give.suggestions on the best way to keep them. Its over 35.miles to the petstore so we are just.gonna.order bulk.

Those big rubbermaid storage tubs work the best, preferably opaque the most common color the tubs come in are blue but you can black them out if you want to better keep the light out, keep the lid on but cut out the center section and install a metal screen..the screen will help ventilate and help with the smell and so they dont escape, i used to keep baking soda nearby as well...paper towel rolls and egg carton for them to climb on but keep the bottom of the tub bare its easier to clean that way.

Edit: Forgot to mention large plastic trash bin will work as well but they are kind of a pain because they are deep.
