Cricket problem

I *go to a place* in Compton, California about once a month to buy 500 crickets for my leopard geckos and my veiled chameleon. The facility is in horrible conditions! I don't feel like I'm getting what I pay. About 50% of the crickets are dark (almost black). What is this? I really don't want to pay shipping. This is why I go there. I would appreciate any help! Thanks :)

I've had the same problem with crickets from a supplier in the midwest but I have no idea who actually breeds the crickets they sell.

Ghann's is one of the few places left that I know does not have the virus and they ship all over. So if you need crickets I would recommend them. Alot of people have got this and it comes on fast and kills quickly.
