So I got home the other day and noticed a crickets crawling around in the front room, and then another one, and another one, and another one, and so on, lol! I guess i had a piece of cardboard that was leaned up in the crickets container that allowed them to crawl up and get out the holes. I ended up catching probably atlest fourty 40 crickets throughout the night. Me and my do was chasing them down and i would catch them and he would smash them. Its was kinda fun at first then it got annoying chasing them down. I wonder if i'lll find anymore when i get home today.

This made me think and wonder! Theres always a cricket or two that escapes everyonce and a while and how do they not reproduce and create a cricket infestation, lol! Theres has to be someone out there that has been over ran by crickets in their house after a few or a few dozen escaped. Makes me wonder what could happen.

My container with 500 crixs fell over just last week...:furious3: What I did was put a sock over the end of the vacuum and suck em up, drop them in the tub and suck some more. This way they didn't die and I didn't have to sleep with crixs crawling on me. You might here a few chirping at night but they die pretty quick, and they dont breed unless of course you have dirt floors.

Cat's have a unfavorable way of knocking over the cricket container -- especially right after I fill it!!:annoyed:

Have had to listen to a lone cricket chirping at all hours for a week or two, but never had an infestation. They don't last that long... TG!!!
