curious cricket question?

does any one get little nat like bugs in your cricket keeper? what do i do to prevent this its kinda gross flying around everywhere:main_thumbsdown:

i get little gnat things ALL THE TIME around my mealies do you put any fruit or anythign for the crix to eat, i think that's where all of mine are comin from is the fruit that i put in with the mealies.
