Cut wont heal?

One of my leos has this cut that I am not sure where it came from but it just wont heal. I have tried several things and it seems to get better and then suddenly gets worse again. It looks flaky at times and scabby at others.

Its been months since this started.

I have tried betadine/Iodine, peroxide, neosporin, a run of reptaid. Currently just letting it be/"dry".

I am thinking of taking her to the vet but wanted to know if anyone had an idea what it could be. A skin condition?....

Photos would be good. Where is the cut? One of my leos had that problem with his tail and I discovered that the mealworms were feasting on it. Are there any feeders left in with it?
