hey guys just wondering what you guys use for your cycles like how long you keep your heat lamps on in the day and what not...thanks alot

Under tank heaters are on 24/7 even in the summer (if it's too hot, they move to the cool side). I don't use lights for my leopard geckos, but the geckos in the planted tanks have lights on 12 hrs/day, around 7am-7pm
