How many spots does a crested need to have to be considered a dalmation? I noticed black spots on my smallest crested today, i never noticed them before, they arent very big and there arent that many of them, do all cresteds have these spots and the dalmations just have very dark and large ones? Or do these spots develop with age?

No.. just kidding I don't know how many they have to have to be considered a dalmatian . I don;t think there is a standard. but some have them and some don't some have a few and some have more and they do tent to develop with age .

I guess if the spots are noticeable, I'd call it a Dalmation. The spots do tend to develop as they age so if it's small and you're seeing lots of spots they'll probably be very noticeable when it's an adult. Do you have any pics?

i have pics of it when it was smaller, its only 4 months old and i never saw these spots before and its colors have gotten a lot brighter in the past few weeks. My camera died on me for unknown reasons so i dont have any current ones but im going to get some soon.
