I think it normally is the liver but a black spot so big and on the other side is the stomach could be a sign of parasites, cypto, or impaction.

Has your gecko been to a vet and/or had a fecal sample tested? This is probably related to the problem with your feeding issues and your skinny gecko.

Could be an impaction, I am going thru that right now with mine, what do you keep the lizard on for substrate?

So you got her in January and she went down hill? Healthy geckos dont have Feeding problem and surly do not get that skinny with bowls of food in there cage, i would have Hoped you had gotten some help Before letting it get This out of hand, from what the organs look like and the body shape, it does not look very promising, you need to get to a vet A.S.A.P. you could have a long list of Worms in her system, impaction,or some kinda of Infection or all of the Above. also seems to you Stuck on shed And missing toes.. Which all of this could have been prevented with the right kind of care and if it takes you this long and at this point the gecko is in...to ask for help you really need to research more on leopard geckos ... :main_no:

Think am being to harsh? a vet or any other person who deals with reptiles will tell you, All these things are only Caused by lack of care and Knowledge by the person who owns the reptile. you need to get to a vet.
