day gecko egg without male:O

I have a grand day gecko female and in this morning i found something what seems being an egg. i haven't put any male in that terrarium. how it be possible?

Single females do lay eggs (all my day gecko females have done so on occasion) which are not fertile. It's not usual, but it does happen.
