Daytona 2007 - Here we come!

Kelli and I will be attending the Daytona Show August 17-19!!! This will be Kelli's first time to fly, and I may have to drug her to get her on the plane, LOL! I'll fly to Dallas the day before and hang at Kelli's that night so we can go together. We are staying at the Daytona Hilton across the street from the show, and will have an ocean front room.

I talked with paul Allen a couple of days ago, and he will be going as well. He thought it might be fun if all the GeckoForums.net folks that will be attending could get together for a beach cook-out that Saturday night (providing there are no hurricanes...).

Who all will be going????

Hey Marcia, I went done a little research and found that you can build a fire on the beach but it has to be contained to a grill and ofcourse the ashes, etc, etc has to be disposed of properly and all that good stuff, so it looks like we might be able to pull something off. :main_thumbsup:

I am still pondering whether I can go or not. I will be going to Kentucky at some point to visit a friend down there. I need to find out when that will be before I make a definite decision about Daytona.

It's not as bad as you would like. It's an option, but I'll turn a two day trip into a 6 day adventure. Kelli said your moving this way, to UNT? My wife goes there.
