Dead crickets have a tendency to stink. Plus their "friends" will eat them even if there is food in there for them. Just pick them out, it only takes what? A min or two if that?

Take them out! Like Adinar said, they stink! Plus iv always thought that they died early for some reason and I wouldn't want the rest of them to die from eating the dead, rotting friends :)

ok guys thanks another question since I dont see a point making another thread for a small question, my leos shedding spot is on the warmside and I dont have space to put a tupperwear container which i heard is the best, but I dont want to take out his cave because it would look ugly as HELL so I decided to put paper towle soaked on the side he dosent go on in the cave, and my question is if I put quality coco-husk as the base in the cave for the paper towel would it mold even faster.

Thanks guys, its my first time so im trying to make sure it goes smooth for the little guy

I'd stick with paper towel, because they can eat moss. You can do a search on this forum for certain graphic pics of what pooped-out moss looks like :p

Chrissy

P.S. This same gecko in the thread mentioned also ate the paper towel :main_laugh:
