Dead skin in one of her nostrils

Please help me, while my leaped gecko was shedding some of it got in her left nostril

You can use your fingernail or a tweezers to get it out. If that doesn't work, put a very tiny bit of bacitracin (recommended to me by my vet) on the nostril to soften it and you'll be able to pick it out.
