Death by mealworm...?

I recently read on a random article about leopard geckos that an excessive amount of mealworms can potentially kill a gecko? Is that even remotely true? I thought they ate at their own discretion. They aren't goldfish....so what's the deal?

The only time I've ever seen a leo eat too much, he regurgitated the last few he'd eaten, then went about his business.

I didn't think it was true either but I wanted to be positive. Better safe than sorry! Thanks for the reassuring responses!
