I took some left over Decongestants before bed tonight because our house recently has been under construction and the dust I guess is making me fairly sick. I wake up and my nose is totally closed up and my throat is raw. I took some left over decongestants I had from a sinus infection Friday morning and it really helped while we were shopping so I took one more, like directed on the bottle. I have been tossing and turning since I went to bed at 9:30. I keep having the same dream about being in the same store buying the same things. I am pretty sure they are ripping me off though, I always wake up and fall back asleep and can't find the items I bought so I rebuy them. Maybe going to bed so early was the problem? My usual bedtime at college is like 1 or 2, and I got up at 8:30.. but since I've been at home its been hard to stay up past like 11, or 12. I have gone to a few movie nights and hang outs with my friends and I've been the first to leave every time over the break so far. Maybe my body just wants more sleep but when im in my house I just feel awful..

Man, I almost wish Christmas would hurry up and get here and I could go back to my dorm.

Me and decongestants=absolutely no sleep. For some reason I cannot sleep at all when I take them. I have found that if I take Benadryl at 2 pills a pop, I can sleep through anything. A humidifier would help with the dry throat and rawness. Good luck.

Sudafed makes me ricochet off the walls! Now I know why they use those decongestants in making crack in those basement labs. Try taking something with an antihistamine if you want to be able to sleep.

Hope you feel better for CHRISTmas!

Thanks guys! I got to sleep at 6 this morning and woke up around 9:30. I figure 10.5 hrs is a good amount of sleep.

Robin, I agree.. probably being bored. OR Not wanting to do all the web development jobs that are piling up on me lately. Today I hope to start to clean out my room for new carpet and get a few websites finished.
