Hello I have 2 female AFT's that are about 6 months old and a 2 year old male. My plan is to introduce the 2 females in with the male when they are oldd and large enough. I am hoping to start breeding them as a little project since i have become pretty into reptiles. The problem i have is that i am worried about what i will do with the AFT's after they hatch... I dont mind having an extra few around as i have a few extra tanks and heat lamps ect. kicking around but i would like to simply breed the AFT's and then get rid of them as i live in an apartment and dont have tons of room... Would i have problems selling them as pets or to a pet store or would i be stuck with multiple baby AFT's lol.

Please help me out if u have any experience or suggestions about this matter thanks.

I'm also breeding AFT's for the first time this season. I got started because a (non-chain) petstore I sell my leos to said they were interested in fat tails. On the one hand, the other pet store I sell to does want an AFT when it hatches, and because of the new morphs I think there's a lot of interest which is growing. On the other hand, I have bought 2 AFT's from pet stores in the past year (including the pet store that said they wanted AFT's) and in both cases the AFT had been there for more than 6 months. I don't think AFT's are as prolific as leos (someone who knows for sure can comment here) and I do think that the popularity will increase and with some good marketing and publicity it should be as easy to sell them as leos.
