Diablo Blanco vs. Blizzard??

I'm trying to figure if I have my gecko mis-identified.

Which has eyes that look solid black (but actually seem dark red under investigation)?

My gecko was labeled as a Blazing blizzard when I got her 4 years ago from a very small local pet store (in Western NY). I believe she was only a few weeks old at the time and pure white with what looked like solid black eyes. As she grew her skin stayed pure white and I realized that her eyes weren't solid black but VERY dark red (though they generally just look black). Over time she developed 3 small spots on her back which at first I though were stuck shed, but realized they seem to be very tiny spots of tan. When I first found this group I did research and thought maybe she was actually a Blizzard, but now I'm wondering about a Diablo Blanco. I keep reading the wiki and looking at pics and am TOTALLY confused!!
I'd like to finalize it. I'm trying to learn as much as possible, someday I would like to try at least 1 breeding, but not until I understand much more than I do now!

The red your seeing COULD be just the pupil..
what we know.
It is a Blizzard as for albino we don't know because the eyes are solid.
you would haveto breed to find out for sure what shes is..
breed to an tremper albino (most common Blazing blizzard) to see if its a blazing blizzard
or breed to an eclipse to see if its eclipse
or breed to a Diablo Blanco to see if it is both albino and eclipse.

I not an expert but i read somewhere that blazing blizards can have the eyes of the albino strain they carry or solid black like a blizzard, where a diablo blanco has ruby eyes or atleast partial ruby eyes

Thank you IM faster....what you are saying helps me....been researching around and wondered if breeding was the only way I'd find out since I don't know the parents. I still need to learn more before I can breed. I would love to try breeding, but am not looking to go crazy and start breeding a ton. I'd love to have one pairing to start though. Right now I only have 2 females (and previously have owned 2 other females - a normal and a bell albino). I'm looking for a male, but there is no hurry. I want to figure out a good male that I could breed to this female and my RW albino. But I still need to learn more before doing anything else!

Her eyes ARE very sensitive to light. Maybe she was ID'd correctly at the store..... I'm not sure where this pet shop gets their geckos. They do have an employee that knows a ton about reptiles. The other one we got there was not labeled and we paid the same price for her as a normal, though she was a Bell Albino.

Pic from above...does this help? She did not always have the tan spots either......just re-looked at some pics from Feb 2009 and they were def not there, she was pure white then.
There is also a picture of her entire underside I posted in the general section called "strange sleeper" last night...

It's hard to say without test breeding. But I wouldn't breed if you aren't interested in breeding right away. If its just a blazing blizzard then it's a very nice one. If its a diablo blanco then it's a very nice one too. Solid eyes are the most sought after. Are both eyes completely solid? IF you do test breed, I'd test it against a diablo blanco female. Could it be super snow blazing blizzard? They also have solid eyes but I'm not sure about the spots on its back.

So the spots point to her being a Blazing Blizzard which would be from a combonation of a Blizzard and an albino. So she got the solid eyes from the blizzard parent.
Yes, both eyes are totally solid, they look identical and look completely solid black. After searching around I thought that maybe they just looked black but were dark red (and the skin at the top of her head where her eyes is is kind of almost a purple so I thought maybe they were actually red.
I don't plan on breeding just to figure out what she is. But just wondered and was trying to figure it out.
