Did This Hurt Him?

Yesterday we had some friends over at our house and a couple of them played guitar (as do I). They played for a little while in my room, but for a minute they cranked it up loud. I was wondering if that hurt him. All my reptiles are in my room also along with my Leo. When I offered his food to him later that afternoon he didn't eat (which didn't surprise me) but didn't act like he was hurt.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, thanks!

Hi there, Leopard Geckos have good hearing... as far as if its hurting... i wouldnt have thought it will still be "hurting"... but it may well have felt uncomfortable or stressed at the actual time of being introduced to loud sounds and vibrations... i wouldnt feel worried at this time but i really wouldnt advise doing this on a regular basis... Perhaps you can compromise where abouts you play...?

Regarding what you said about it didnt seem like it was hurting, alot of reptiles dont show any signs which we relate to pain... i.e. it wont hold its hands over its ears or roll around on the floor screaming in pain, reptiles often express pain either in different ways... or perhaps not at all unless the extent of injury is really bad...

Regards, Rich...;)

Thank you so much! He ate today, about 10 to 12 crix so hopefully it was just uncomfortable, and didn't actually inflict serious damage.
