well, i know you can buy/sell live corals and fish on ebay, so i wonder where they draw the line?

It is against the TOS to sell live animals or plants on eBay.

I know its against Ebay's TOS to sell live animals.. But.. I don't think its against them to sell plants. I have sold and bought so many different species of plants on Ebay.


Edit: Checked their TOS.. Live Animals are prohibited and Regulated/Prohibited Weeds, Plants and Seeds.. So.. my plants are OK.. The "Weedy" type of plants are not ok.. Haha.

Yeah I know, but there reaosn for selling it is that their kid was "bored" of it and got a bird. They should be teaching him that he is now responsible, and not just go buy him something else and sell the leo.
