different hatch dates

So I had an egg hatch this morning (actually sometime over night as I checked them at 10 P.M.) and it's clutchmate has not pipped yet I can see the gecko in there although I dont see it moving. So how long to wait? Over 50 gecko eggs and I have nver had this happen.

Last month I waited 5 days. BOth were fine.
