Are you using a heat pad or over head heating? I get best production in the summer months when the ambient temps are 105-110 and the babies are fine. If you are using under tank heating the surface temps of the tank are too hot. When the babies flip on their backs over the heat they quickly dehydrate and die. For my roaches I have heat tape running underneath one end of the container with a surface temp of 90-95 degrees. My feeder room temps are 70-80 degrees. Also make sure that the babies have full access to a water source.
