Can anyone recomend a gecko that's most active in the day rather than the night time? But also one that's readily available at most reptile shows? :)

Maybe some sort of day gecko?

I'm not surely about their availability at shows, but they are the only diurnal gecko I know of off the top of my head....

It's funny I've been to the reptile show so many times but never really looked at any of the lizards or geckos before, mostly frogs and turtles. I guess I'll see what they have in a couple weeks from now. Thanks

Bearded dragons are diurnal and interact more than many leopard geckos, but they are big and require space and lighting. Day geckos as mentioned above are also diurnal but are more of a display animal than an animal that can be handled if that's your desire. Google some care sheets for these two types and see if anything appeals.
