Looks pretty good, very well thought out.

I'd suggest adding a list of local reptile veterinarians and the cost for a first time/emergency visit for each; just in case.

7 things-
-What do you plan to use for substrate?
-Make sure one of those hides is humid :D
-You may need something to handle mealworms (Unless you plan to pick them up with fingers) such as feeding tongs or chopsticks
-Make sure you have the proper size tank, 10 gallon or preferably a 20 gallon
-You may want to go with a thermostat as a substitute for the rheostat. It allows for precise temperatures, but is usually slightly more expensive.
-Add on a feeding schedule of when and how much you will feed your gecko (It's normally every day for hatchlings, juveniles, and young adults, and every other day for adults) and when you will use different supplements.
-Also, as BGalloway already said, have your vets picked out and the costs of emergency visits/checkups

That's all I can think of right now, hope it helps :)

Only thing they warn about is not to place the UTH between the tank and a wood surface without using something to space it. Four 1/4" blocks of wood in each corner will work if you do not have the rubber spacers the UTH came with.
