Hi everyone, I’m new here and I’m going to get my first Leopard Gecko in 3 weeks, I bought a heating pad for his warm side of the terrarium but I live in the Netherlands which is a very cold country and this also applies to my room (where the gecko is going to stay), so since there it’s cold I would like to know if I should by a second heater for the cold side or the heater of the warm side can handle the job?
Thank you very much!

I don't know how cold is "very cold". In my opinion, people tend to heat their leopard geckos too much. If it's really cold, the gecko will stay inside the warm hide where the air trapped by the heater will be warm. If it gets really cold, the gecko may brumate, meaning that it will spend a few months sleeping a lot and possibly not eating (the juveniles usually do eat). If the ambient temperature is less than about 60F, you may want to consider another heater, but otherwise it should be fine.
