Do i use calcium with D3?

ok what is a good supplementation schedule for leos?
is it necessary to use D3, i heard leos get enough D3 from the crickets and mealies

I don't know for sure that they get any D3 from crickets and mealies. At the minimum, dust feeders every other feeding with calcium with D3.
