Do they hate it???

It seems that my leos just really really don't like nymphs of Blaberus Discoidales. At first they're all thrilled about it, they come closer, jump and catch it, and after the first bite, they let it go and scraching they're faces on the floor as if it is the most disgusting thing on earth. Have anyone else experienced the same phenomanon?

Yep. I used to have both dubias and discoids; end up most of my geckos don't like the discoids - they either don't eat it, or take one then just hold it in their mouth, reluctant to even chew it...I just keep dubias now, they love it.

discoids have much pokier leg spines and use them
try using smaler sizes than you would with dubia

Thanks guys, I have both and most of the time I use Dubia. Just wanted to try something new...I guess that the Discoids will be exclusively for the beardies...
