Do you think it's ok to do the full tank cleaning less than once a month?

I layer paper towels in their poop spot, and change them every other day, then I pull everything out about once a month. I also use corner water dishes, filled with sand as litter boxes, it works with some of them. my 40 breeder with 5 geckos, has one , and every gecko uses it, so I never have poop outside of that corner. My hatchlings just poop in the humid hide, which I pick out every day and change once a week. I use vinigar 25% solution to clean my stuff, and no deaths yet.
