do you think these eggs will works ?

I just found out my leopard gecko just lay two eggs but the things is the eggs look very flat and some of the papers towel stuck on the eggs skins please help ,

1. Am I able to still hatch gecko from these eggs
2. is this normal for first timer mother ?
3. how long is my leo be able to hatch agian ?
4. After female leo lay eggs is it necessary to get mating with male leo again in-order to get eggs fertilize ?


thank you so much ... right now I am putting leo eggs in my incubator finger cross it will work

It sounds as if the eggs may not be fertile, but it's a good idea to incubate them anyway like you're doing.

The female will probably lay at least a few more times (every 2 weeks or so) from the original mating with the male. If you want more eggs, you may want to introduce her to the male again after a few clutches (I don't know for sure because I keep my males/females together for the whole breeding season)

It's normal for a female laying for the first time to produce infertile eggs.

I notice you said the eggs are sticking to the paper towel. Ideally a female has a place to lay where she can dig. If she doesn't have this, you should set it up. If she does have it and laid in the "wrong" place on the paper towel, that can often happen when the egg isn't fertile.
