(this was a while back, but still gets on my nerves)

ok so i pay $150 for a BD and two kinsnakes to be shipped to me. i wait til 1 pm on the day that theyre suposed to arrive(its supposed to arrive before 10:30), and end up tracking the shippment to find out where the freak they are, and find out they are at the ups place because my apartment number wasnt on the address(EVEN THOUGH I SENT MY EXACT ADDRESS TO THE SELLER TWICE). so at 8pm,the soonest i could, i picked them up. the beardie was fine:D but the two kings werent:main_thumbsdown:. that night i emailed the seller to let him know exactly what happend and he said he DID put the adress on there.but it wasnt. so after 1 week of NOT hearing from him at all, i get a email saying he'll send me $50 for one of the kings, which he did. BUT i still lost $50 for somthing not my fault.
o yea the paper that came with them did say "10 for the beardie and 50 for each snake

I would ask him for a refund for the other snake as well and if he refuses, let him know that you have no choice but to post about it on the Fauna BOI.

DOA's is 1 reason why I don't like having reptiles I want shipped. Even though I see very beautiful geckos on peoples sites like Brett and Paul for example, I would rather drive up to a few hours and pick them up. To me its a way I can see the personality of the geckos up close while choosing and less stress on the geckos. I made my choice when I picked the first leopard when I went to Nancy's when she decided to leap from my hand to climb up my shirt and hid behind my neck. That was Sage. When Sage did that I looked at Nancy and said I am taking this one :)

Does that make me kinda old fashioned?

Hm... now I'm wondering how he packed them. When I had to go to the UPS terminal in order to pick my geckos up at 7:00pm, due to slacker ups driver, the geckos were perfectly fine... the heat pack was even still warm. They probibly would of been fine till the next day easy! I guess thats the difference between good packing and not (Marcia is the best box packer I have seen so far!). Let me know how they were packed... I'm curious.
